WHAT IS A CURL COMMITMENT SESSION?
This is an educational appointment where I will teach you the unique qualities of your hair and the proper products and styling techniques to use for your strands specifically. This is a look and learn session. I will provide you with a mirror to see each step in the process—from the consultation to the shampoo bowl and during styling. You will receive a curly cut after your wash and go has been set—where your hair is cut in its dried natural state. Any questions you have about products, wash and go styling, and proper hair care practices will be answered.
What should I do before I Schedule a Curl Commitment Session?

Stop using ALL oils, butters, creams, and Eco-Styler gels.
Before you see me, shampoo, condition, and style your hair 3 weeks in a row with the suggested products below. This means every 7 days.
Purchase AG Balance Shampoo & AG Boost Conditioner. This can be purchased in the salon.
Purchase Uncle Funky Daughter’s Curly Magic Curl Stimulator for wash and go styling.
Purchase The Doux Mousse Def foam for rods, twist sets, or braid outs.
Do NOT purchase any of these products from unknown sources on the internet. Purchase from the store, salon, or the direct website of the company.

Commit to loving you
You may see beautiful wash and gos of all shapes, sizes, textures, and densities. You must remember that I am going to be working with what God gave you. I cannot change anything that is genetically unique to you. I can only educate you about your hair strands and enhance what is yours. You have to commit to loving what is yours and know that there is beauty in every curl when it is properly nourished.
